We help women in our Sandpoint fitness center get strong, fit and rock their next phase even if they have felt frustrated, hopeless and unmotivated by a change in hormones. If you are just beginning your fitness journey our Fit Beginnings program is the perfect option for you.

We'll teach you how to move safely and help you with good form and modifications to fit your fitness level. 6 weeks of guided mobility training, strictly dedicated to improving your quality of life. Get back your movement, get back your life! My passion is to help you get fit, healthy and balanced without intimidation or confusion. Are you ready for a better and healthier you without the calorie counting?

I have been a Personal Trainer for over 25 years and can develop customized nutrition and exercise plans for people just like you who want to feel better and be better. I am going to teach you to learn how to love nourishing each cell of your body so you can get the most out of it and feel and look amazing!

We have a beautiful, private Sandpoint women's fitness center where it is our mission to help women get strong, build stamina for life and embrace the changing body as they move toward the best half of their lives!

I absolutely loved the Little Black Dress program!
I went in feeling apprehensive, I was so out of shape and didn't think I would be able to do any of the exercises the wonderful trainers had planned for me.
But.
I surprised myself!
At first it was difficult but now I just finished my 7th week at the gym and am feeling stronger every day.
In my 6 weeks of Little Black Dress, I faithfully followed the meal plans created for us, worked out three days per week at the gym and two other days per week at home and lost about 18 pounds, 16 of which was fat! Two weeks later, at the end of week 8, I'm down 21 pounds!

Many of our clients like to start with private training sessions and work their way into the small group setting.
