If we don't achieve and maintain balance in the body then we greatly increase our chance and risk for tissue breakdown and injury. My mission is to help each client improve their fitness and health by designing and implementing an appropriate exercise/fitness plan based on their individual needs and goals.

A lot of people are walking around with little aches and pains, or some kind of muscular dysfunction. They think these pains are due to normal aging. Well aging does have some part in our wear and tear of our joints, but often we find muscle imbalances developing early in our system that will lead to compensations and eventually pain and/or injury in our older or even younger age.

When I work with you, I pay close attention to every discomfort or dysfunction and try to solve the problem before advancing your workout intensity. Also, if you aren't able to feel the effect of an exercise where it's targeted, I will stop and investigate what is going on with your body mechanics before proceeding.

Based on the initial fitness assessment an Exercise Program is designed for each client.
Whether your desire is to lose or manage weight, avoid injury, decrease muscular aches and pains, strengthening, improve balance and posture, or simply feel better, I will work one-on-one with you to achieve your goal, safely and efficiently.
My objective for you is to keep you exercising and moving pain-free while you obtain your exercise goals.
My personal training sessions are either sixty or thirty minutes in length.
Flexibility and mobility are often overlooked and under-emphasized in many fitness/exercise programs.
Tight overactive muscles can cause muscle imbalances and lead to chronic pain and injury!
Stretching helps counteract the effects of bad posture when we hold our bodies in a flexed forward position for long periods of time.
My Stretch-You-Out Program is a 30 minute scheduled one-on-one manual stretch session designed to increase range of motion and decrease your muscle tension and imbalances.
I will gently stretch you in both a sitting and lying position on a massage table using current proven techniques.
