Over the years, Phifer's Fitness has evolved and has started offering a variety of programs designed to provide training of all types, including strength and conditioning, women's fitness, karate and kickboxing/MMA training. The philosophy has always remained the same, to offer these programs for anyone with a desire to learn and grow their fitness ability.
With the use of an electronic swipe card that is given to members, Phifer's Fitness will be a 24 hour facility. Members will be able to access the gym portion 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Travis has trained for over 30 years in exercise sciences and sports therapy as well as the martial arts, kickboxing and boxing.
Joelle is one of Phifer's Fitness group instructors and newest personal trainer.
