Function is all about allowing you to move better. In this stage of our programming, we focus on obtaining range of motion, where mobility is needed. Then, we focus on gaining control of your newly established ranges of motion. The goal is to foolproof your workouts in order to maintain your longevity, feel better, and perform better. Improving function is an ideal place to start for new exercisers, post-rehab patients, and professional golfers.

This allows you to become more familiar with Par 4 Fitness' soft tissue techniques, stretches, body weight and band exercises, how to warm-up and cool down properly, yoga, and much more. Strengthen is geared towards creating a strong body for golf. We will continue to build upon the foundation created in the Function stage of training. Golf places unique demands on the body and we want to make sure you're ready to handle those needs.

You will learn progressions and regressions of exercises that are required to perform your best. This is also an ideal stage to gain lean mass or help to redistribute strength as needed.

Our facility has everything we need to help you realize your full potential as a golfer.
We utilize K-Vest 3D Biomechanics, Boditrak Force Plates, Functional Movement Systems, Titleist Performance Institute protocols, Active Release Techniques, massage, cupping, and much more to help you move better, feel better, and play better golf.
We also run programs at TwinEagles Country Club, Collier's Reserve Country Club, The Colony Golf & Country Club, and Stoneybrook Golf Club in Estero.
Small group training offers Par 4 Fitness members a unique experience to work with a maximum of 6 other golfers of same skill levels.
Small group settings offer the luxury of working with us more throughout the week, which ensures you see better results FASTER!
All of our small group training sessions follow our Function Strengthen Perform model.
Private training is available at our Par 4 Fitness facility or we can schedule a 2-on-1 session with your golf professional.
This is an amazing experience that is usually only reserved for professional golfers.
Par 4 Fitness is a unique experience for members of your club to enjoy.
We can create custom seminars to meet the needs of your membership.
Past events have included topics on injury management, how to create distance, the Team Approach, and what a golf specific training program looks like.
We also can do on site evaluations which include on-range assessment with all of our technology and expertise.
