GYM clients range from pre-teen to advanced age, deconditioned to elite athletes, pre- and post- rehabilitation to highly functioning. We love them and meet them where they are. We work to bring them to a point where they can 100% choose their activities because of their level of wellness, or take their performance to the next level. They love us because our approach is individual and specific to them.

Everybody has to start somewhere! We use cutting edge Polar BodyAge technology to perfectly design your fitness plan and figure out where we need to place our focus to bring you the best results possible! GYM trainers and instructors are personal and caring, qualified, intensely motivated and FUN. We work together to share and enhance the group knowledge base.

Services
The most fun you can have at GYM lying down (and standing up, and jumping, and balancing).
Thirty minute classes, or make a one-on-one appointment.
This 45-minute session will equip you with the basic information you need to know to jump into either a mat Pilates or Pilates Reformer class.
Everything from where you should feel the movement to how to use the props.
Classes can be fast paced, with little time for questions - get your answers here!
Orientation is encouraged, prior to scheduling classes.
GYM bills monthly.
The bill you receive is for services rendered the previous month.
Please consider paperless billing or arrange to have your invoice mailed to you on the last day of the month.
If you have a credit card on file with us, you can even respond to that email, "charge it!"
If you need to change your scheduled session, please let us know.
Often we can figure out a time for you to make up your session, or try something new in its place.
With the exception of illness and emergencies, any session cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will be charged at the rate of a full session.
Includes a personal profile: blood pressure, VO2 max, height, weight, body fat, lean mass, girth measurements, strength and flexibility protocols, basal metabolic rate, nutrition assessment, meal planner and goal setting.
Leave GYM knowing your BodyAge in relation to your chronological age and also steps that you can take to reach your obtainable BodyAge.
Includes retesting of original protocol to measure results of training between assessments, includes printout comparing current results to past testing and updates your Polar BodyAge and obtainable BodyAge.
