We feature state of the art Flex and Paramount weight training equipment, New Precor cardio machines and Ivanko rubber weights. Froggy's offers customized personal training sessions developed by our team of certified professionals, individual diet & nutrition plans and body fat & composition testing. Our amenities include an assortment of health related supplements and refreshments. We are also equipped with a full service bathroom with shower, lockers and changing rooms. At Froggy's Fitness, we don't want only one type of person to join our fitness center, we think everyone should incorporate fitness into his or her lifestyle.
We have worked hard to develop an all-encompassing facility that offers more than a typical gym.
