In 2016 Northwest Fitness moved from the original Seattle, WA location to a new state-of-the-art flagship facility in Coos Bay, OR.
The Coos Bay facility serves professional and amateur athletes dedicated to improving their performance.
The flagship facility comes equipped with all the amenities an elite athlete needs to perform at an optimal level.
The 15,000-square-foot space is divided into various areas designated for sport specific training, recovery, and speed & strength devlopment.
The unique design of the facility allows for seamless transitions and accomodations for professional and collegiate athletes, high school team camps, along with performance training and general fitness for active adults.

Our coach to player ratio is 10-1, giving each player the opportunity to work hands-on and get the one-on-one coaching that creates the best possible results.
All programs are designed in collaboration with former MLB and NFL strength coach Henry Delaney, with the goal of not only maximizing performance, but to reduce the instances of common injuries and concussion prevention.

Featuring Rawlings Pro-Line Pitching Machines, 72' MLB Indoor Cages, and all the tools you need to train like the pros.
Northwest Baseball has a number of options to suite everyone from regular Joes to the Pros.
Single Cage Rental: $30/hr - Limited to 5 Athletes, single cage access, mound, pitching machine, etc. supervision by parent or guardian required.
Private Hitting/Pitching Lesson: $60/hr - Single Athlete with option of $15 for each additional athlete.
