Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty, and persistence. From a very young age, Precious has been into sports and fitness. She grew up playing just about every sport, basketball, soccer, softball, and track and field. Once she got to high school she made sure to take weight training every year because she knew it could only benefit her as an athlete.

She earned positions as team Co-Captain, Captain, and our favorite, MVP. Being a leader is something Precious learned at an early age and continued into her adult life. While in college Precious joined Army ROTC in hopes of bettering herself as a leader. After a couple years of training she volunteered to deploy to Iraq and little did she know it would change her life forever, but for the better.

While deployed Precious sustained injuries that left her with a total of 5 surgeries and a little over 3 years worth of physical therapy. Precious thought she'd never be able to play sports again, and to make matters worse doctors told her she probably wouldn't be able to lift any weights again and may not even regain full range of motion in either her arm or hand.
