Our goal is to provide a fitness center that welcomes people of all fitness levels. In order to do this we have a variety of options in our equipment and services. We recognize that people have different goals and comfort levels so we strive to make the gym an inviting environment for everyone. Our variety not only fits all fitness levels but helps members stay active and motivated.

Corso HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a 30-minute class that will get you sweating!
This cardio class uses body weight exercises for a full body workout in a short amount of time.
Each interval is 30 seconds on, and 10 seconds off, using a variety of moves.
Come challenge yourself and get fit!
Core Strength is a 45-minute class designed to work your core muscles for a healthy and toned body.
The mix of standing and floor exercises give a variety of movement while focusing on form and muscle isolation.

Melanie is an internationally certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
She began her fitness journey at the age of 5 with dance and has continued to stay involved with fitness since.
Melanie is a group fitness instructor and teaches all of the classes and 6 week challenges for Corso Fitness.
She firmly believes that health is more than just exercise but a balance between being active and what we put into our bodies.
Jeromy is an internationally certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

We are a 24-hour fitness center.
We offer strength training, cardio, free weights, stretching, tanning, personal training, and fitness classes.
Our facility has a designated stretching area designed for mat work, hula-hoop, jump rope, stretching, exercise balls, and other non-machine related exercises.

A: We are a monthly membership gym and do not require our members to sign up for an extended contract.
We do however require a one month notice to cancel a membership.
A: Yes! Members are offered a discounted rate but non-members are welcome to take any classes offered at the facility.
The first class is free so you are able to bring all your friends.
A: Members must be at least 13 years old and accompanied by a parent until they are 16 years old.
Children are not permitted in our facility.
We offer a 10% discount off membership if you are military or a first responder with proper identification.
We do however require a one month notice to cancel a membership.
