Over seven years ago Mohawk Valley Wellness started in a garage with a few friends working out together. The idea was living a better life through fitness and positive social interaction. We have grown to become the most successful fitness facility in the Central New York area, and were voted the 2018 Best of the Best Fitness Facility. In these years we have gained valuable insight and realized that one program may not be the best fit for everyone.
We have built and designed programs offering a wide variety of services to help you reach your health and fitness goals! Our coaching staff is second to none with the most experience in the area. Our coaches trained in a diverse range of certifications, areas of interests and styles of fitness related programs. We offer many areas of specialty knowledge and expertise in areas of body movement and nutrition.
