We take a mindful approach to fitness as we understand health and fitness are unique to you, and a journey that lasts a lifetime. Your goals are specific to you, and we will be your guide to help you through the weeds and be true to you. This class alternates between a variety of punches and kicks on a bag designed to take the beating and high-intensity weight and core-strengthening exercises.

Build strength and endurance with high-intensity workouts that are short on time but big on results. A passionate, knowledgeable personal trainer will show you what to do and keep you on the right track. We want to hear your fitness goals, assess a good starting point, and even let you try out a class for free! Getting fit is hard; staying fit is harder.

We're here to ensure you build healthy habits and systems that keep you on the right track. Such a great place! Since the first day I stepped foot at High Vibe, I fell in love with the atmosphere! Everyone is so supportive and are willing to help push each other outside their comfort zones.
