Our innovative total body SPIN class is not your conventional spin class! Combining moves for your entire body with our pulse pounding sound system, LED party lights, and ever changing playlists it's a party on a bike! You want results? Then you want High-Intensity Interval Training! Our HIIT class is a total body functional movement style kick in the butt.

Utilizing battle ropes, slam balls, dumbbells, plyo boxes, kettlebells, sandbags, and much more as well as week'y programming released every Sunday it's the total package! There's many different ways to workout, but what's the most effective?

Steady State Cardio is great for limiting stress put on the body, High-Intensity Interval Training has been shown to burn the most calories in the shortest amount of time, lifting weights is great for building, toning and revealing muscle definition, and yoga is great for mobility and much more!The reason there's so much debate about which form of exercise yields the best results is because they're all great in their own regard.

Our members are not just numbers on a spreadsheet but they're friends with aspirations and goals.
Our job is to help them accomplish those goals.
To do this we take a three-tiered approach.
EDUCATION We take intense care when selecting our instructors.
Each one is chosen because of their personality and care towards our clients as well as their knowledge base founded on years of experience, college degrees, and NCAA-accredited extended education.
This extensive education allows them to provide accurate, fact-based direction and guidance to yield results while minimizing injury risk.
Nicole and I met our junior year at Oregon State University where we both were studying Exercise and Sports Science.
After graduation, Nicole, a Forest Grove native, moved back and began teaching bootcamp classes in Hillsboro.
I soon moved to the area and started personal training in Forest Grove.
We created Forge Fitness Training at the time, knowing we wanted to grow in the future but not knowing our exact direction yet.
As time went on I expanded into teaching classes while Nicole ventured into the one-on-one world and we slowly expanded into contracting in multiple locations from Forest Grove to Beaverton.
Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oregon State with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science.
Specializes in strength and conditioning as well as athletic performance training and coaching for athletes and competitors.
Also, has extensive knowledge and experience working with individuals who have musculoskeletal injuries and those with controlled diseases such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, osteoperosis, COPD, Parkinson's disease, and many more.
Specializes in HIIT, Cycle, Bootcamp, and similar style group training, weight loss and nutrition coaching.
At The Forge one of our main philosophies is making our fitness community like a family.
We want your husband, sister, next door neighbor, or best friend right there working out beside you.
It makes it more enjoyable to share experiences with someone close to you.
Because of this we have a very strong referral reward system for our members.
You refer a friend and they sign up for either our unlimited or limited monthly membership and you get their cost paid back to you.
For instance, if they sign up for our normal unlimited price and pay $119 you get $119 dollars back.
