CrossFit Excess

Every athlete is treated the same. Whether you were our CrossFit Games athlete or someone just out of Training Course, you will receive the same high level coaching and attention. We are one big supportive family, both inside and outside the gym. We regard each of our members needs as if they were our own. We are a business that invests in you! Our job is to provide you with the greatest instruction, best equipment, and all the tools necessary to better your life.

If you are interested in competing, we are happy to assist with that. It's not a necessity, nor is it our sole focus, but we also enjoy the competitive side of CrossFit. I searched for months looking for a box to drop in while I was visiting family. The owners Brody and Angie are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and you can tell they love what they do.

The athletes are just amazing people. I was so nervous showing up to a place that I knew no one. Brody and Angie are very knowledgeable and amazing coaches. It's obvious from day one that they genuinely care about their crossfit community members.
