Living Free Health & Fitness is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving Pahrump and rural communities. State-certified (SAPTA) to deliver intensive outpatient, outpatient, early intervention and prevention services. We serve both adults and adolescents. Living Free Health & Fitness was founded to help people in recovery stay there! Our approach promotes positive change via cognitive and behavior modification, regular exercise, healthy eating, & planning to succeed.
Our principles are founded on evidence-based, clinical practices and are designed to improve the skills, knowledge and abilities of our clients. We accept Medicaid and Cash Pay for these services. If you have private insurance you can submit a claim for cash-paid services received directly to your insurance company. Shelley was available to us when we had a relapse in the house that really upset a lot of our women.
She was able to provide us counsel, as well as education on a substance/relapse no one had any knowledge of.
