The InBody Body Composition Analyzer is a state of the art program that will show you that our programs work by tracking your progress with incredible detail!
Identify muscle or fat imbalances with the Segmental Lean and Fat Analyses.
We utilize the Body Fat - Lean Body Mass Control to your advantage by providing a general recommendation of how much muscle and fat needs to be gained/lost.

Thanks to something called Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (a.k.a. the 'Afterburn Effect'), High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) can set you up to continue burning calories for up to 48 hours after your workout, meaning that the length of the workout is less important than the type of workout in terms of calories burned.
If you want to benefit from the afterburn effect, you have to ask just a little bit more from your body than it can handle that day.
Bell Fitness is a results-driven and energetic fitness and nutrition program that includes motivation, accountability, and dynamic resistance training, all designed to give our members the body they want in a safe, fun, and non-intimidating atmosphere, in only 30 MINUTES.
Instructs small group scheduled sessions through HIIT style workouts, beginning and ending on time; provides adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool down.
Instructs members on effective workout methods; explains proper techniques; demonstrates exercises; identifies different muscle groups, and teaches appropriate methods to strengthen specific muscles.
