The methods we implement help athletes maximize the adaptation of their muscular system and central nervous system. Mission: Kings of fitness provides elite training services for all levels of athletic performance for all sports. Our team is focused on providing a positive, motivating, and rewarding training experience FOR ALL SPORTS, ALL LEVELS, ALL ATHLETES, ALL YEAR.
Injury Reduction - A qualified strength and conditioning professional can play a vital role in preparing athletes for sport and minimize or offset the incidence and severity of sport-related injuries common to young athletes. Improved Long-Term Athletic Development - A qualified strength and conditioning professional understands the many variables that go into designing training-age-appropriate programs, and can produce more positive results.

Services
Monthly packages are renewed monthly and are based off the number of sessions attended weekly.
Sessions do not carry over from month to month.
In an effort to bring the best and proven movement science techniques to our athletes and adult fitness members, we offer several training session packages to be completed within one calendar month of start date.
All training programs are designed to meet the needs of the individual, are assessed regularly, and are progressed appropriately.
Strength and Conditioning programming should be addressed at a micro level (3-4 weeks of training) and the macro level (i.e. 6 months, 1 year of micro-cycles).

For nearly a decade we have been working in the proverbial trenches, hypothesizing, experimenting, and assessing results of different training methodologies to help our community of athletes grow athletic potential while reducing risk of injury.
It has been amazing to see sport coaches, parents, and athletes discover the true importance of program design in the weight room and how important it can be to the development of the athlete involved.
