As the first CrossFit affiliate in Scotland County, AYM CrossFit offers athletes of all ages and skill levels the opportunity to reach their full tiness potential. Our CrossFit Level 2 Head Coach Jay Flowers and six additional CrossFit Level 1 trainers on our coaching staff work hard to provide athletes with group and individual coaching and challenging programming that meets everyone where they are - no matter their current level of fitness.

Class sessions last 60 minutes with each session consisting of a warm up, strength/conditioning/skill portion, and an individual, partner, or group workout.

Workouts start with an active group warmup, followed by a gymnastic skill, strength, or endurance focused segment, and the remainder of the class is typically a group workout of constantly varied functional fitness movements performed at high intensity.
Examples include As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in a given time period, Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM), Eight rounds of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest (TABATAS), or simply For Time.
