To provide our community with a clean, upscale, non-intimidating fitness facility staffed by well-trained people dedicated to helping our members achieve their personal health and fitness goals safely and effectively.
It is our intent to operate our facility with Christian values and ethics, thus assuring that all of our members are treated fairly and honestly.

Beth has owned and operated The Fitness Factor for over 20 years and has over 30 years in the fitness industry.
Wellness programs in general, and fitness programs in particular may be one of the only employee benefits which pay money back.
When more people come to work, you don't need to pay overtime or temporary help; when people stay at the job longer, training costs go down; lower health care claims cost you less if you're self-insured - and health care insurers, as well as some companies, are already beginning to create premiums based on fitness levels.
In the Kids Korner, our babysitter will keep a close eye on your little one while you work out.
Due to increased safety regulations, we will have a limit on the number of children allowed in Kids Korner.
Attendance will be by reservation time and hours will be limited for a period of time.

Low Impact Aerobics (LASS): This class consists of low impact aerobic dance followed by strength training, core work, and flexibility for a total body workout.
Cycle and Cycle60: Take a fun ride for 45-60 minutes.enjoy a mix of hills and flats for a great endurance workout!
Cardio Blast: 45 minutes of fun cardio such as Step, POUND., ZUMBA, traditional aerobics, boxing, and more!
Barre: This class combines Pilates, Yoga, and ballet using light free weights, ballet barre, and other equipment to stretch and strengthen your muscles.
Barre combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles.
Barre burns your muscles to their fullest potential and then stretches and elongates them to give you a long, lean, toned look.
Think smaller waistlines, thinner thighs, lifted, stronger seats, flatter abs.

We offer many modifications and our instructors will make sure you are in the correct position in class.
We're very hands-on and our main priority is your safety.
