I have trained hundreds of clients through both online personal training and in person training for over 20 years. Amazing Trainer, Don't Hesitate - Marty is a God send. My husband and I made this year, the year we are going to change our lives which means incorporating fitness into our routine. I found Marty via Angie's List, he was very quick to respond and when we met my husband and I knew he was the right trainer for us.

First his knowledge is vast from nutrition, supplements, the human body and of course working out, that we have learned so much. Every time we see him we learn something new. We also love the fact that Marty comes to our home 3 times a week which means no excesses and what a dream to hear trainer say, "you should feel the next morning you have worked out, BUT you should not be in agony" and he is right, we have worked out but never struggled to move the next day, as with some trainers.
