My name is Fahad Raja. I have been living in the Delray Beach/Boca Raton area since 1998. I am married to a beautiful woman and have three beautiful baby girls and two handsome boys. I have been the Personal Trainer in a Boynton Beach development for 8 years. I train there several days a week. I have also been a full-time Personal Fitness Trainer in a gym located in the Delray Beach for the past 10 years.
I have a degree in Physical Education and am Nesta Certified. I managed one of the first fitness centers in Palm Beach but I have found that being a Personal Trainer is more suited to my background than managing a gym. My clients range in age from 14 to 91 years young. I use the most advanced techniques to train my clients. I create custom training programs depending upon client requirements.

Our strengths max out at 30 years and can stay the same all the way till 60 if we keep working out.
Females start out with higher levels of growth hormones but they go down as they work out on the other hand men start with lower levels and levels go up while workout.
We have 3 different types of muscle fiber in our bodies, it's good to work out all of them.
You can burn calories by chewing gum but don't start chewing extra gum because it's not good for your teeth.
People who workout have a stronger immune system so you recover faster from a cold or some time don't even get sick at all.
