All gymnastics classes include warm-ups, stretching, age-appropriate skill development and multiple stations including skills on the spring floor, parallel bars, single bar, balance beams, bosu balls, incline/decline mats, tumbling barrels, headstand/handstand mats, mini-trampoline and more. We will also discuss mindfulness and how the body, mind and spirit are all connected.
At the end of each class. Do you have a child that needs to get out of the house, get away from video games or needs to be motivated to stay healthy? Maybe you have a child that's looking to improve strength, coordination, flexibilty and endurance? Or maybe you have a child that isn't into gymnastics but desperately needs an outlet during this pandemic?
Not a gymnast? No experience necessary! Classes are 60 minutes and include a fun warm-up with motivational music, body weight exercises, challenging short workouts where kids learn functional movements, encourage each other, and improve mobility to realize their potential.
