The sole idea was to create an "old school" atmosphere with a variety of equipment. 25 years later, that is still our goal! Along the way, we have become one of the oldest private or corporately held fitness businesses in North Texas. Our growth and success can be attributed to one thing, a very loyal membership base and we thank them every day for their unwavering support.

We offer classes in the morning and evening, 7 days a week in order to accommodate your schedule to the best of our ability.
Our childcare is a safe environment for your child(ren) to hang out and play while you get your workout in.
Our gym facility has all the things you need to go about your fitness journey, along with an awesome extra.
The lake experience is one of our members' favorite part of Brickhouse.
Need an extra push?
Look into getting a trainer to help you out or if you simply need to know how to work a certain machine, they don't mind giving you a hand.

While they are in our care, you're welcome to take a class, go on a stroll around the lake, or simply workout in our main space.
We want you to be at ease with leaving your kid(s) in our hands, so feel free to ask us any questions so that we may be able to accommodate to your needs!

Our facility has top to bottom windows on the whole southwest side of the building, allowing you to break a sweat while taking in the gorgeous view.
