Our Train Like A Trooper Boot Camp is a group fitness experience with a personal training touch. We modify every exercise to fit each member's individual level. We specialize in weight loss, fat loss, improving overall health and fitness with a clean eating plan.
We provide daily motivation and accountability to keep us on track! Our 45 minute workout goes so fast that many of our members tell us it seems like twenty minutes! We pride ourselves on the fact that we have never repeated a workout. Ever. Each training session is focused on getting results for you. Try it and you'll be hooked! If you like lifting weights, every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 5:30A and 6:30A we offer Special Ops class.
