Kids Fitness Palace
The goal of our Kids Fitness Programs is to promote a lifetime enthusiasm for exercise and physical activity in kids in a safe and fun fashion. As the parent of two kids and owner of a business that for years has listened to frustrated parents trying to deal with the symptoms of a bigger problem, I saw a big need for a kids gym south. A fitness center that would provide a safe place where kids can be, well, kids.

At Kids Fitness Palace south Miami, we provide affordable FUN fitness classes, personal training and coaching for kids & teens between 5 and 18yrs old. Kids Fitness Palace is a unique program designed specifically with kids' well-being in mind. The "weight" we see on the outside is, more often than not, a "symptom" of several different factors. It isn't always because the child is lazy, and he's probably not cooking his own food.

Focused for older kids who have the capacity to follow direction and need individualized help in particular areas. We work with kids who are both athletic and non-athletic, overweight, bullied, sedentary, or have special needs.
Services
Our kids Personal training program is designed for kids between 9 and 17 years old.
We do make exceptions for kids under the age of 9, but depends on the situation and goals.
Our programs, excluding those with special needs, primarily focus on kids who have the capacity to follow directions and need individualized help in particular areas.
After a fitness evaluation, we tailor a program based on your goals, specific needs and ability of your child.
We specialize in Weight Loss, Sports Specific Training, Strength Training, Speed Training, and Conditioning.
Our Kids Sports Specific programs serve a wide variety of purposes.
This program is tailored for developing bodies and will help prepare them for another level, while improving their current sport.
Because this program is quite structured, we start our Kids Sports Specific one-on-one program at 9 years old.
If would like to start your child off with the correct way to perform exercises and would like your child to stand out, this is the program for you!
If you need your child to jump higher, run faster, better reaction time, improve their balance we can help.

Getting your child to be active may pose as a difficult task for some parents.
Kids sometimes don't react well to being pushed by their parents.
That's where we come in to ease the burden and stress.
We offer group classes that appeal to all kids, but is tailored to those who may not particularly like to exercise, need more activity, are socially shy, or may just need self-confidence.
Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7pm to 8pm. 1 hour of exercise, burning calories in a private, safe enviornment.

Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm. 1 hour of exercises focused on getting them active, building strength, muscle tone and developing agility and coorditnation.

As children grow older, they usually end up reducing outdoor play activities.
Some teens maintain their physical activity levels by participating in organized sports, but others are left on their own and exercise less and less as they get older.

After a fitness evaluation, we sit down and tailor a program based on the needs of your child.
If personal training is of interest, there are three options: 30 minute, 45 minute, and 60 minute sessions.
