Accredited by the ISSA since 2014, Sabrina has helped many transform their lifestyle, eating habits, and assisted in kicking the bad habits as well. A positive role model and influencer in Fitness community, doing what she loves while creating inner peace and purpose.

Sabrina specializes in preparing ones physique for special events; weddings, photo shoots, and maintaining an all year round healthy lifestyle with individualized programs. There is no cookie cutter format, each individual client is different.

With 20 years self experience & 8 years of personal training with individuals/groups.
Every experience is a learning experience in order to grow.
I am currently training for competition & nationally qualified in the Figure Division.
I conduct a FREE Fitness Consultation and will provide thorough assessment and evaluation to develop a customized Fitness & Nutrition Program that works for you.
