The result is decreased range of motion, discomfort with stretching, and decreased ability to recover from activity.
You will be asked to add a little resistance against a hold position for a full "active" release - its gentle pressure.
After your first session, its best to let the stretch work into the body, drink water and do your normal activity.
After you have had a few sessions, you will notice a much better range of motion and acclimation time.
