This unique club design houses 4 mind-blowing boutique studios surrounding a state-of-the-art gym floor fully-loaded with brand new strength, cardio and functional training equipment. Unlimited studio classes come with every membership. No more paying $20 a class, and never be bored with just one type of workout again! Our studios cover yoga and meditation, immersive cycling, heart rate based strength/run/box, and best of group fitness covering strength/cardio/HIIT/core.

Get lost in Peoria's first full sensory, full blown cinematic fitness experience - THE TRIP cycle class. Ride through visual effects of roads on this planet and dimensions out of this world to hot beats with big energy! You will feel like your time flies in this 40 minute cardio workout. Beyond the Trip, our floor to ceiling iMax style screen pumps the energy and visual experience into our RPM and SPRINT live classes too.

When live classes aren't on, virtual versions of these classes are running every hour on the hour.
Services
Most things we have at the club - towels, water, lockers, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, hair dryers and straighteners.
But its up to you to bring your A-game.
If it's your first time, aim to check-in with our friendly reception team 15 minutes prior to your workout.
This gives us enough time to show you around, store your stuff, get you a water and a towel, and introduce you to your Studio Coach or Personal Trainer.
Make this a priority so you have the best start to your first time!
Your member RFID bracelet controls the lockers for easy access and hassle free storage of your stuff while you train.
Upper Body: A 50-minute session of weight training with dynamic push and pull movements using the upper body muscle groups.
This session will challenge the push in your chest and test the pull in your back.
Couple this with spurts treadmill cardio at your level to blast calories and get strong quick.
Legs & Glutes: Give your upper body a day off with this 50-minute explosive lower body session, hitting the largest muscle groups with variations of strength, power, speed and endurance.

THE TRIP is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds.
It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.
RPM will lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness with 45-minutes of great music pumping and the group spinning as one while your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
