During this consultation we will answer any questions you have and provide you with insight to your journey here with us at CrossFit Angola.
It begins with your free consultation and from there you enter the foundational process where we assess and measure.
For us, fitness is about community and the commitment to working hard for permanent changes that you can be proud of and help you stay healthy inside and outside the gym, but that's just one of the benefits of your membership with us.
A app that provides you with the ability to check out workouts and to record how they went and what you got to be able to look back at it in the future!
As a member you get access to our InBody machine that allows us to provide you with biometrics about your body fat percentage, muscle mass, fat mass, and more!
If you're just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five.
Once you're up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.
The very first thing you will discover is that we do not discriminate.
Whether you are young at heart, or have just completed your 50th marathon, or are recovering from injury or healing a broken heart, whether walking the dog is the only exercise you've had in years, or you're someone training for the Iditarod.
CrossFit Angola is a world class fitness facility serving the local towns of Fremont, LaGrange, Garrett.
We offer over 6 class options Monday through Friday with a 8:30 am and 9:30 am class on Saturdays.
Our staff is made up of highly experienced and qualified coaches who hold a variety of certifications that make us the most diverse gym in the area.
