At Positive Fitness, we program your workouts, instruct movements, scale the workout if necessary, offer nutritional support and are committed to each client every time you walk in the door. Interested in what Positive Fitness has to offer but are a little intimidated by the workouts or working with a group of strangers? This is a common feeling and perfectly natural but I want to tell you that there is no other facility that will welcome ALL (especially those in need of some confidence) like we do.
We want the chance to show you what a supportive yet off the wall fun fitness experience can do for you. We have tough, result driven workouts but we are also the best place to make a workout fun, make friends, and belong to something meaningful.

We have designed our 28 Day Fitness Fundamentals course just for you!
First you meet with your coach to discuss goals, assess current fitness and any limitations you might have.
Then, you work with your coach 3 times per week for the next 4 weeks going through the course - Yes, 12 training sessions with your coach making sure you not only see results but to make sure you learn what it takes to succeed!
Our 28 Day Fitness Fundamentals Course is only $249 and includes 13 sessions with your coach building the foundation to the best you possible!
