I specialize in educating active adults to transform their health through a personalized fitness program. You have a busy life with many demands. Despite your best intentions, you may not know how to create an appropriate fitness program that fits your needs. This is where I come in. I educate and empower each client to take charge of their health and fitness by implementing healthy lifestyle habits that include movement and strength based programs along with creating a balanced nutrition program that is realistic.

After 25 years as a social worker, I decided to follow my passion for health and fitness.

I earned my ACE Personal Trainer and Functional Aging Specialist certifications, TRX Level 3; Precision Nutrition L1; Cancer Exercise Specialist; AEA Aquatic Exercise Instructor as well several other personal training certifications so I could dedicate my career to helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.
