What clients do pay for is expert fitness coaching and personal training instruction. Our certified professional trainers design a workout customized for each individual based on a thorough consultation and screening.

He opened Fitness by Design in 1989 on Meridian Street and adopted the 30 minute High Intensity Strength Training protocol working all the major muscle groups to momentary muscle failure.
In 2004 we created and opened the space we now call home.
