Perfect Balance Fitness was founded by Adrienne Donio Wagemester, offering mobile private and small group sessions in Personal Training, Vinyasa Yoga, SUP Yoga, SUP Fitness and SUP Instruction. The vision behind Perfect Balance Fitness is to help develop balance for those with busy lifestyles by integrating and promoting the physical and mind-body components of a well-rounded fitness program to reduce stress and to help improve overall health and quality of life.
Achieving balance within our everyday lives of work, family, travel and other commitments is challenging when you are trying to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Perfect Balance Fitness makes fitness and mind-body programs more accessible by offering private sessions at your home, corporate gym, hotel or resort, and other locations in addition to regularly scheduled group sessions in North County San Diego, South Ponto Beach, Carlsbad and Lake San Marcos.
Special event options are available at various venues throughout San Diego County.
