Then during Valentine's Day while I was at my highest weight of 232 lbs., the most I had ever weighed in my entire life, I went to a restaurant and Winery called Coopers Hawk.
I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with friends and family.
We took pictures, talked and laughed all night.
No one knew it at the time, but one particular picture that had been taken triggered something inside me when I saw it.

1,200-calorie meal plan offers healthy nutrition for the individual with weight loss in mind.
As with the other TTP meal plans, the 1,200-calorie meal plan is available on a weekly basis, with a 5-week rotating menu to bring variety to your diet.
This meal plan provides a daily average of 1,200 calories through 3 portion controlled meals per day, 7 days a week.
The freshly prepared meals in this plan have been created according to the latest expert guidelines on nutrition and healthy weight loss.
Everyone who has gone through a personal weight-loss journey has experienced different emotions.
In her rawest form, Tye speaks on different topics, thoughts and situations that we all have gone through.
