Crossfit Bolt
We offer training in the CrossFit methodology and sports performance training for competitive athletes. We look different, we feel different, we are different. When you stop by you can expect a warm welcome and will witness people of various size, shape and background challenging themselves in an energetic and encouraging environment. What you won't see are treadmills, ellipticals, mirrors, gawkers, unfriendly members doing their own thing, or the general sense of 'blah' associated with most globo-gyms.

Our hope is that because of your experience at Bolt, you will no longer dread going to the gym, but dread not being at the gym longer.

Our programing is the backbone of BOLT.
Goals require a plan and we are marching towards them one workout at a time.
Owner and head coach, Matt McCraney programs all of the work accomplished at BOLT.
He has programmed for multiple CrossFit Games athletes, athletes coming off of surgeries, multiple regional athletes, athletes coming off of triple bypass surgeries, masters, teenagers, and many more athletes.
BOLT is built on knowledge and passion for what we do.
This is translated into our programming, which continues to adapt and grow each and every day!.

Moving well, with proper form and technique is our number one priority.
We have the right to recommend you complete our Fundamental Classes upon beginning your membership.
Whether you are familiar with the gym and used seeing steel plates and barbells, or you are a former athlete, or whether you have no workout experience, .
We know that trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, but our community is ready for YOU!.
We will stand proud beside you every step of the way, starting with your FREE Class!
Your Free class will give you a good feel for BOLT!
You will run through a complete 60min class wit one of our coaches guiding you every step of the way and with teammates ready to work har, sweat, and cheer you on when you need it most!
We know that trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, but our community is ready for YOU!
Our Coaches are very knowledgeable and prepared to help any athlete, regardless of athletic ability, jump right in.
CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity.
So what does this all mean?
First and foremost CrossFit Bolt is an experience; once you walk in the doors, experience the community, sweat through a WOD (workout of the day) alongside a group of CrossFitters, with only your personal effort as a barometer of success, then you will truly understand and appreciate CrossFit.
