Our training method is the most complete training you will experience! We incorporate body mechanics, cardio, balance, suspension, body weight, dynamic movement and strength training in every workout. This not only gives you a better workout but helps to prevent injury and perfect the performance of the human body for any activity. It's not where you are, it's where you want to be.

Our training methods work for all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced. Work outs can be modified to meet your needs and work around previous injuries or conditions. Our Group sessions are designed to train small groups of up to 8 people, which means our clients get Professional Training up to 5 days a week without the personal trainer price.
We start by focusing on basic body mechanics and correcting form, before focusing on increasing weight and reps.
We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.
All classes are first come first serve, so please reserve your spot on our wellnessliving site or app once becoming a member or using your free trial.
If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to find another class time that works for you.
All Group training sessions include body-weight movements, strength training, cardio intervals, balance exercises and dynamic movement and stretching.
The Intensity and level is up to you!
Our more advanced clients move through circuit quicker while increasing the intensity.
Your movement and technique is monitored by a trainer during all group workouts to ensure proper body mechanics are being used and the workout is matched to your needs, conditions, and goals.
