I feel it is important to design individual programs specifically to help my clients achieve their goals. Whether it's for fat loss, muscle toning, increased strength, improved energy, nutritional counseling, stamina or to improve cardiovascular health and bone density we're here to help and guide you. Our boutique fitness studio offers personal training, bootcamp, small group classes, circuit training and yoga.

I've been a certified personal trainer since 2004(ISSA). I received my BA in Sociology in 1980 from Cal State Los Angeles. I have experience working as both a Medical Assistant and Physical Therapy Aid as well as certifications specializing with seniors.

Body conditioning or resistance training that's fast paced focused on building strength and muscular endurance through a sequence of exercises or circuits.
Our boot camp workouts are much like other circuit training.
You move quickly from one exercise to another, keeping your heart rate elevated and scorching tons of calories.
By appointment, one-on-one individual programs designed for the individual client to meet their goal.
