Our team training includes boot camps, zumba, soca, kickboxing, and corporate training and workouts. Our team workouts include metabolic and strength training. Our local, family-owned and operated business, Non Stop Fitness, has been around since 2014. We offer group exercises that appeal to all interests and fitness levels.
Some of our most popular group exercise classes incorporate the entire body, such as: HIIT to the beat, HardCORE, Bodied by Tiff, Bo's Boxing, Capoeira, and BUTT Do You Squat.

David Milligan discovered his passion for helping others at the early age of thirteen.
It was then that he began to dream of one day owning his own gym.
By the age of 19, David began to pursue his passion and worked as a personal trainer at a commercial gym.
He continued to train beyond the gym holding fit camps on his driveway and in parks, gathering a loyal following and consistent group of clients.
In 2014 he decided to make his dreams a reality and opened NonStop Fitness (NSF), a cozy two-room 500 square foot space.

David Milligan's journey began with the sole purpose to help change and improve lives.
As David began his fitness journey, he was discouraged with how commercial gyms didn't show the same compassion he did for clients, in result he ventured off to do fit camps in his driveway.
As the years passed, David obtained several certifications through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) to become a certified personal trainer.
David's love, passion, and persistence for fitness gave him the drive to open his very first gym, NonStop Fitness.
