Such an awesome place to be! I really like how each level of the building is dedicated to a different style of training. One of my personal favorite parts about the gym is its shear variety in equipment, they definitely have some pieces gym equipment are hard to find anywhere else. Without a doubt a terrific spot to call your gym! Absolutely incredible facility accommodating multiple facets of fitness.
Regardless of your goal, they provide you with the tools to reach it. The staff? Top notch. Alexis and Matt are some of the most down to earth people I've ever met and the quality of the gym just shows how passionate they are. I'm a member since day one and can't wait to see them expand and impact as many lives in KC!
