Our training and coaching methods are to educate and motivate. We listen and pay attention to our client's needs and formulate the results for health in the body and fitness in the muscles. At Fit Studio you will see and feel the results of our passion. Fit Studio provides custom training that will meet the needs of each individual. Setting goals with a client gives us a clear direction of how to meet those needs and where to make changes as training progresses.

Our personal training incorporates building strength, flexibility and balance through the technique of functional training. Fit Studio personal trainers are equipped to modify exercises to each person. A client will learn that skills we do in the studio will enhance the daily training. Life is busy and becomes hectic when adding extracurricular activities that need training and coaching.

We direct our clients to focus on health and balance of lifestyles while adding goals that demand exercise, training and coaching. This coaching and training at Fit Studio is not a weekend course, but a day-to-day practice until one meets the set goal.

Starting with an initial consultation to outline the length of training and goals for the client, a written plan will be provided.
The plan will highlight the goals and how to achieve those goals that are specifically design for the individual.
Accountability calls are scheduled on an as need basis.
Macro-Nutrient Services - a onetime macro-nutrient formula is calculated to meet the needs of each individual client.
Amanda is a passionate energetic woman.
Her goal in training is to be able to adapt exercises for any need.
She is able to create exercises that will challenge a client in order to meet a goal.
Along the way to meeting that goal she learns of weaknesses or difficulties and adapts exercises to continue building strength and more efficient movements needed to overcome obstacles.
Amanda has her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and also studied Techniques of Physical Therapy.
She is a Certified Personal Trainer with ACSM and Sports Nutrition Specialist with ISSA.
Dianna graduated from South Dakota State State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics.
She also has completed a one year dietetic internship at Lipscomb University, before becoming a Registered Dietitian.
Dianna currently works full time at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, focusing on human and nutrition research.
Every day Dianna learns something new, which keeps her passionate about nutrition!
She loves to combine fitness and nutrition.
In Dianna's free time, she loves to run, to bicycle, take a kickboxing class or take a yoga class.
Holly is a NASM certified personal trainer.
She participated in ballet her entire life, including professionally up until about 3 years ago.
Holly also enjoys CrossFit/strength-training and ultra-running.
This past October, Holly accomplished her first 100 miler ultra-marathon.
Holly loves to workout, laugh, sleep, listen to country music, and be around her family and friends.
She works daily to source motivation from others and pay it forward to her personal training clients and anyone else who needs it.
Jillian graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science.
Jillian has been a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer since 2014 and certified in Exercise Therapy.
Her prior experience as an Activities Director in Long Term Care facilities, passion for fitness, and the desire to help others has lead Jillian to consistently research and learn in order to grow personally and professionally to positively impact the lives of her clients.
