Not only does Sarah and her staff teach you to love yourself on the outside, they teach you it's equally important to love yourself on the inside as well.

Sarah Fechter, founder of Sarah Fechter Fitness, established in 2005, earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science from SVSU in 2007.
Exercise science and helping members of our community achieve a better quality of living is Fechter's main passion, motivation, love and purpose.
Periodization is the most widely used resistance program design to avoid over-training by systematically alternating high loads of training with decreased loading phases to improve components of muscular fitness such as strength, strength-speed, strength-endurance and more.
Our clients are able to train consistently week after week, month after month, and year after year with a structured effective training design laid out by owner and head coach, Sarah Fechter.
Our qualified coaches deliver detailed meso cycles which include tempo, training technique, and physiological adaptions through our training designs.
NEW this FALL at SFHQ, progressive courses!
In a four week progressive course you will be training with your coach and the same course team for the entire month.
Your coach will begin the first week with the foundations and progress the class weekly with new theories, education, exercise selection and more!
Each week you will be able to measure your progression and by the end of the month you will be able to perform and execute the course of your choice well with proper form, technique and intensity.
