This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of poses with modifications to suit a range of levels starting from beginner. Exercising using Yoga poses feels good and fits with every healthy lifestyle. Preventative measures to ensure optimum health as we age is vital to good living habits.
One of the easiest ways to accomplish this is working out in a fun environment with friends and neighbors. Group aerobics and regular social parties keep myself and my students feeling and looking great! A-Z Stretching was designed years ago on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together.
