With groups of 5 - 10 people, our wide range of classes fits anyone's ability. Our classes focus on Strength Training, Yoga, Barre, and Real Ryding Cycling and all will help you reach your fitness goals.

If you need a bit more guidance in your fitness journey our personal or semi-private training is for you. With the opportunity to experience a one-on-one fitness session with one of our trainers you can elevate your routine to the highest level or build a great starting foundation. Weight loss, muscle gain, and an overall nutrition reset are all things we focus on in our nutrition programs.

Each program is personalized for you so that you can get the most out of your daily routine. Our trainers will help you achieve your personal fitness and health related goals by pushing, motivating and inspiring you.

Longevity Fitness is a private fitness studio which provides personal training, small group training and weight loss programs.
We provide Corporate Wellness Programs to both small and large companies.
Besides working with individuals to improve their health and fitness, our clientele demographics also includes specific individuals with chronic health issues, obesity, pre/post prenatal, range of motion or injury limitations, and troubled teenage boys in a residential program.
