Arkansas Fitness and Athletics training is semi-private group strength and conditioning lead by Arkansas's best functional movement and health coaches. Our approach is adapted from best practices of functional movement training systems that you find in competitive athletic training. Mobility is an integrated component to developing performance. We develop mobility using a combination of self soft tissue work in order to improve physical performance, decrease risk of injury, and optimize muscular development.
In addition, we believe flexibility plays an essential role in developing healthy range of motion for proper joint mechanics. In addition, we incorporate flexibility work into each workout as a way to increase blood flow to our muscles which prepares us for great training.
