The Love for Kettlebells & Fitness brought Founder Cathy Gonzalez to the creation of her Signature 30 Minute Kettlebell Class. No one else offers a 30 Minute class ONLY using Kettlebells. With this base, Studio 30, The Kettlebell Fit Club was created and over the last 6 years has expanded our operations to include other Fitness classes that compliment this concept.

So I have to admit while I was hesitant when I first started boot camp (scared is more the word) I have become very fond of it!
I didn't think I could ever miss exercising (ever!) but when I miss a day I actually feel bad.
It makes me so happy that I've found a way to stay healthy that is easy (that is a relative term, I simply mean it is close in proximity and someone tells me what to do and I do it) and fun!

Terri has been the Lead Trainer at the Upland Boot Camp Location for the past 3 years.
She is a certified Personal Trainer and has been for many years.
She is also a certified Massage Therapist therefore her knowledge of the human anatomy & how all the muscles and joints work together reaches far beyond what your "average" Trainer would understand.

We fool ourselves into thinking we "eat right" but when you are not losing you get frustrated.
I've been there.
I can help.
I am currently at about 14% body fat and hold pretty steady there.
I've been lower for competition purposes, but for me it's a pretty comfortable place.
