Every aspect of our training facility is geared to make your personal training as comfortable as possible while still getting you weight loss, better health and overall more toned muscles. We offer a private fitness training experience by limiting the number of personal trainers and clients allowed to train at the same time.

This differs greatly from other "personal training" facilities in the area as they are designed for the exact opposite experience. You see, we believe there's a difference between making you endure high risk activities to exhaust you, and helping you achieve targeted personal goals. Premier Fitness offers Wichita's finest personal training. Our professional personal trainers take their time in assessing your current personal fitness level.

They then, using scientific principles, write your training program based on what they find. Each program is tailored to the individual and tracked to see progress.

I became a personal trainer because I have a God-given passion to help people achieve a greater level of wellness through the use of exercise, nutrition, and better lifestyle habits.

We do a comprehensive assessment of your medical history as it pertains to training, an individualized abilities assessment, and dig deep to find your true motivation for training.
Group Camp is a 45-minute full body circuit training workout led by a certified Personal Trainer.
Each new attendee will be taken through a success session to help establish goals, get baseline measurements and given nutritional guidance to help them reach their goals.
The workouts are geared toward a beginner to intermediate fitness level.
Because of the format of this training session, it allows for a more hands on approach from the trainer.
Also, with this approach, your form can be corrected without being noticed since everyone is doing something different.
